A fanlisting is an online list of fans of a certain subject which everyone with a valid email address can join. This is a fanlisting for the manga and soon to be anime series NHK ni Youkoso!(a.k.a.Welcome to the NHK!) approved by TAFL.org.

NHK ni Youkoso! is a manga (and soon to be anime) series by Kendi Oiwo, based on a light novel written by Takimoto Tatsuhiko. NHK here does not refer to the broadcasting company in Japan. It is an evil organisation imagined by Sato named the Nippon Hikikomori Kyoukai(Japan Hikikomori Association), that tries to turn all Japanese young man into hikikomoris by boradcasting anime.
The protagonist, Tatsuhiro Sato, is a university drop-out and has been a drug-addled hikikomori for four years. One day, he responds to a knock and meets Miasaki Nakaha. She calls herself an angel and offers to help him re-intergrate into society. Sato imagines that the pretty girl is an assassin sent by the NHK to bring him down. Sato also meets his old highschool junior Yamazaki who has become an otaku. They decided to produce a H-game together to make money. It seems that not only will Sato stays an hikikomori, but he will also further degenerate! What will happen to him and Miasaki? Can she help him?
